(U//FOUO) On Tuesday, 16 August 2005 the SINIO Council and the National Cryptologic School
are pleased to present the 10th in a series of Strategic Intelligence Issue Seminars for the
Summer 2005. "Winds of Change at International Institutions" will be presented by the SINIO
and D/SINIOs for Economic and Global Issues,

Course Overview:
(S) Institutional change is in the air this year. This seminar will examine reform efforts at the UN
and the WTO, and what the Wolfowitz tenure is likely to mean for the World Bank. Emphasis will
be placed on U.S. equities and roles, cross-cutting themes, and how the international arena is
likely to be affected.
